Based on the Integrated Preamp no longer produced by its inventors , the Slicer boost/preamp/buffer pedal is a fantastic tool capable of many things.

It will boost your solos or anything else up to +/- 20db, adding greater clarity. It can also be used to adjust your levels for bypass changes. It helps to reduce pickup hum and filter  out noises from long cable lines.

It can also be used with the level up to the max in conjunction with the master volume of your amp to push it even further. It also works great with acoustic instruments to keep all the bass and treble intact. It is simply one of those  « always on » pedals !

Controls the overall output of the slicer. Attenuate before 12 o’clock, boosts after 12 o’clock. It stays clean for awhile before going into distortion thanks to it’s 33v of headroom.
